If you need to modify or cancel your car rental booking in the UK, there are a number of ways you can do this. Try and give as much notice as you can if you are cancelling your booking so that your vehicle can be made available to other customers. If you are modifying the dates of your booking, keep in mind that this could affect the rate.

To cancel your booking, you can click the 'Manage My Booking' tab in your confirmation email. Alternatively you can use the My Booking link on our homepage.
You can also cancel or modify your booking using the VroomVroomVroom App, available on the App Store and Google Play.
