Generally, our car rental partners include some level of roadside assistance in their rates. This may have some exclusions for certain kinds of breakdowns. Our partners offer roadside protection for an additional fee, which will protect customers against callout charges. You will be able to find roadside assistance numbers on your rental agreement.
If you have taken the vehicle to a country that was not authorized by the car rental provider, any complimentary roadside assistance, recovery and breakdown service will not apply.
