Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire is a town just off the M25 motorway near the exit for the M40. It is a commuter town with a fast rail connection to London Marylebone.

Gerrards Cross is one of the largest towns in the South Buckinghamshire District, with lots of forests and farmland just outside Greater London. It's a great place to live because of its high end real estate and ease of getting into London. The village centre has a common called Gerrards Cross Common which is frequently used and a great place to meet up with other villagers. The village has a real sense of community.

Off the A40 in Buckinghamshire, approximately 20 miles north west of London, and close to the M25/M40 motorway intersection, on the slope down to the River Thames at Eton is the village of Gerrards Cross. A good rail connection to London's Marylebone by Chiltern Railways. The village expanded only after this railway arrived in 1906 making it convenient to travel to the capital with Heathrow airport just 12 miles away. Being predominantly rural (having 89% Green Belt land) this charming village has a Common, which is also a football pitch at weekends but mainly used for dog walking and recreation. The Common and the houses surrounding it are a conservation area. There is also a choice of local footpaths from the thriving centre and an 18-hole Golf club. Another great space is Bulstrode Camp, which contains the remainders of Iron Age defensive ramparts. The village centre has many options, including a cinema, shops, excellent schools, restaurants, pubs and hotels, namely The Bull built in 1688 and the award-winning Ethorpe Hotel.
