Terms & Conditions
1. For automatic entry to the Prize Draw, simply book online through links on the VroomVroomVroom UK website before 31st January 2007. Only one entry per booking.
2. The winner will be drawn at random from all those who have booked during the qualifying period. The winner will be notified by phone, email or post within 5 days of the draw.
3. The winner will win one 3-day weekend rental in the UK in 2007 of a Prestige Collection car which will include Daily Rental Charge, Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Location Service Charges, Vehicle Licence Fee and Tax. Prize excludes optional extras such as Super Cover, additional drivers, child seats and personal injury insurance, insurance excess payments and fuel.
4. Prize car is subject to availability and will be chosen by Hertz - specific model cannot be guaranteed. Rental is subject to Hertz terms and conditions. Prestige Collection cars mandate a minimum driver age of 30 years and the driver holding 2 credit cards. Vehicle must be collected and returned from a Prestige Collection location.
5. Where the prize winner does not meet the rental criteria or where a Prestige Collection car is not available on the desired dates or at the preferred location, Hertz reserves the right to offer the best available alternative car, up to the same value, as it deems appropriate. No cash alternative will be given and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable in full or in part.
6. No purchase necessary. VroomVroomVroom visitors may enter the Prize Draw without renting by writing to: 'Vroom Prestige Promotion' at the Hertz address below before 31st January 2007 with your name, age and contact details.
7. Hertz accepts no responsibility for entries delayed or not received due to post or computer problems.
8. Hertz reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without prior notice and the right of refusal to rent.
9. By entering the prize draw you consent to your name and details being used for promotional activities connected with prize draw. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the prize and the Promoter's decision is final.
10. This promotion is governed by English law and the promoter is Hertz (UK) Ltd, 11 Vine Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1QE, UK.
